THE FLOW OF THE TRIP
This retreat will have a structured plan, but also a lot of free flow time. You don't have to do everything.
We will have professional tour guides and taxi drivers when we need to travel between places in Bangkok and Pattaya.
We will have the most delicious and sumptuous food that Thailand has to offer.
We will experience a luxe massage at a high-end spa, private chartered boats, a world-famous show, and more.
This is a First Class, curated, and highly personalized experience.
You can choose to participate, or NOT participate in any of these activities. You have total freedom.
This is an outline of our day-to-day, and things can change depending on the weather.
Day 1 - Arriving in Bangkok Suvarnabumi Airport and being picked up by your private driver. We'll have an Orientation Dinner at a Michelin Thai restaurant. Then, early bedtime so you can rest.
Day 2 - Going to the Amphana Floating Market and Mae Khlong Railway Market in a private van. We'll come back to get a Thai massage and go out to have dinner at an upscale Japanese restaurant. Solera will channel for the group over dinner.
Day 3 - Visiting the Grand Palace and Sleeping Buddha in a private tour. We'll then get ready to do our luxurious sunset cruise on a private boat with upscale catering. We will do a Death and Rebirth ceremony and channeling on 11/11!
Day 4 - Solera will channel over breakfast. We'll head to a traditional Thai cooking class early in the afternoon. Then, we'll pack up to leave for Pattaya the next day.
Day 5 - Going to Pattaya in a private van, along with a van for our luggage. We'll arrive to eat some amazing seafood at a famous local restaurant, followed by a short stroll through the Sanctuary of Truth along the ocean. Solera will channel over dinner.
Day 6 - Get up to see the beautiful view of Pattaya from the mountain top. Then, head to lunch and visit the In Love Museum, celebrating Love itself. We'll take a walk along the beach and do energy clearing with the ocean's energy. Finish with dinner at an upscale Indian restaurant.
Day 7- There will be 1:1 channeling for half an hour individually. We'll head out to the sea on a chartered boat all to ourselves, with snorkeling, swimming, and island hopping. Dinner at the retreat house.
Day 8 - There will be 1:1 channeling for half an hour individually. Then, we'll go have coffee and yummy cakes with an ocean view and head out to see the famous Tiffany's Show. We'll have dinner afterwards.
Day 9 - Breakfast together at Retreat House. You'll check out at noon and a private driver will take you to the Bangkok international airport.
HOTEL
You will fly into Suvarnabhumi Airport and your private driver will be waiting to take you to our Bangkok hotel.
(45 min depending on traffic).
This is a luxury boutique hotel located right in the heart of Bangkok surrounded by restaurants. The hotel has an in-house gym, a pool, a private dining restaurant, and space for our channeling.
Beachside Resort
The second half of your retreat will include beach and yacht time. Enjoy the sun and fun with your Soul sisters. A private van will transport you from Bangkok to Pattaya. Just relax!
Our 5-star resort is located in a quiet part of Pattaya. We will be channeling, having intimate conversations, relaxing by the pool, going to the beach, and more!
SIGHTSEEING
These are a few examples of places we will be going to. There will be beautiful surprises and activities. All tours will have a private van and a professional tour guide.
The Grand Palace

The Grand Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. The palace has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782. The king, his court, and his royal government were based on the grounds of the palace until 1925. (from Wikipedia).
Wat Pho
Temple of the Reclining Buddha
This is called the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Wat Pho (in Thai). It houses this enormous golden Buddha statue, 15 m high and 43 m long. You can see the whole Buddah from either the head or her feet! She is massive. We will cover our shoulders, wear pants, and take off our shoes for respect.

She asks around for the best places to stay (be it a well-known hotel or beautiful, rustic Airbnb), the best restaurants to dine at (including Michelin Star rated), and even plans out transportation to avoid any hiccups. What if I have food allergies?
We can ask the hotel to prepare separate dishes for you that are gluten-free, or vegetarian/vegan. Please let us know beforehand. We will inform the hotel. The restaurants will do their best to accommodate you. Email your dietary needs to Solera@SoleraCheng.com.
What if I don’t want to do a certain activity?
If you are tired or would rather have alone time, you definitely can choose to lounge by the pool, read, and rest at the hotel. It has world class amenities that can cater to your preferences. Please speak up for your needs.
What if I am not able to walk far?
We have private vans for all the activities. If you are too tired, you can wait in the van with the driver. Don't feel obligated to walk if you are in pain. Again, please advocate for your own needs. We will do our best to take care of you.
What if I get sick?
Our Bangkok hotel is 5 min from one of the best hospitals in Thailand. You can pay out of pocket without any insurance. The fees are reasonable. In Pattaya, we can also take you to the hospital nearby if you are unwell. Pharmacies in Thailand also sell most counter medicines. Please bring your own medicines as well.
How do I pack for the weather?
Thailand in November is still hot 24C to 33C (75F to 91F). Please bring light clothing and a light jacket for AC rooms. It is common to have air conditioning here. Also, have mosquito sprays, sunblock, and a hat for the weather.
When should I book my flights?
Please try to arrive around 12PM on Nov 9, as check-in is at 3pm. Book your return flight on Nov 17 in the late afternoon, around 5pm, as check-out is at 12pm, and it takes 2 hours to go from Pattaya to the international airport in Bangkok.
